Flower orders and delivery

We deliver to a 40km radius only from our shop in Yarrabilba and our shop in Flagstone. If you are outside of this cut off you will not be able to process your order in checkout.
Flower delivery is Monday to Friday. WE DO NOT DELIVER ON SATURDAY OR SUNDAY unless Mother’s Day or Valentine’s Day fall on that weekend, and in most circumstances we’ll only be delivering on the Saturday of those weekends. If your order is placed before 1pm Mon-Fri, you will be eligible for same day delivery, otherwise all other orders will be next delivery business day unless specified in check out by the buyer for another date.

Raising Flowers will not accept liability for any loss or damage arising from lost, stolen or damaged products after delivery has taken place.

If no one is home or contactable upon delivery, we will leave the flowers by the front door or gate and in the shade if possible. 

We make delivery between 1pm and 6pm. Our driver will find the fastest route for the order for each day, so we can’t always be sure what time your order will reach it’s destination. Please call our store if you’d still like some further clarification.
