Delivery

 

We deliver to a 20km radius only from Yarrabilba and Flagstone areas. If you are outside of this cut off you will not be able to process your order in checkout. 
Flower delivery is Monday to Friday. WE DO NOT DELIVER ON SATURDAY OR SUNDAY. If your order is placed before 12pm Mon-Fri, you will be eligible for same day delivery, otherwise all other orders will be next delivery business day unless specified in check out by the buyer for another date.

Raising Flowers will not accept liability for any loss or damage arising from lost, stolen or damaged products after delivery has taken place.

If no one is home or contactable upon delivery, we will leave the flowers by the front door or gate and in the shade if possible. We cannot access a gated property without resident consent and if there is a dog present, we will need a resident home to let us in.

We make delivery between 12pm and 5pm. Due to route optimisation, we cannot accommodate specific delivery time requests. All orders are organised based on the most efficient delivery route for the day. We appreciate your understanding.
