Return & Refund Policy
Thanks for shopping at Raising Flowers. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we want to help!
Flowers, pots, vases and candles - If you are unhappy with your purchase, we are happy to chat and rectify the grievance you might have. You have 1 full calendar day to return your product from the date you received or purchased them. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, eg. still in it's wrapping, vase, box or whatever vessel it came in. Proof of purchase will need to be provided.
You will be responsible for paying for your own delivery costs for returning your item. Delivery costs are nonrefundable.
Plants - Please choose carefully in store and online as we have a NO RETURN AND NO REFUND POLICY for our plants. Due to Biosecurity laws we cannot accept returns or refunds for any plants that are purchased online or in store. Plants are alive, they grow, eat, and reproduce and just like all mother nature they will attract other living things. As much as we take precautions and preventative measures, we ask our customers to keep the above in mind when choosing any plant from Raising Flowers.
Refunds and Replacements
If your return is approved by us, we will initiate a replacement for the following day if in stock or a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment by the buyer). You will receive the credit within 5-10 business days depending on your card issuer's policies.
We do not refund, return or exchange any products simply because you've changed your mind or you don't like it. There must be something physically wrong with the product purchased from Raising Flowers to be eligible for any refund, return or exchange.
Same day delivery is guaranteed when the order is placed before 12pm weekday. There is no delivery service Saturday and Sundays. Any order placed outside these times will be delivered the next business day unless otherwise stated by the customer. We deliver to a 40km radius only from our online shop in Yarrabilba and physical store location in Flagstone. If you are outside of this cut off you will not be able to process your order in checkout. A list of suburbs that we offer delivery but not limited to can be found here - Suburbs we deliver to.
Raising Flowers will not accept liability for any loss or damage arising from lost, stolen or damaged products after delivery has taken place.
If no one is home or contactable upon delivery, we will leave the flowers by the front door and in the shade if possible. If the delivery address has a locked gate and we are unable to contact the recipient or the customer upon delivery they will be left in the shade if possible and at the gate outside the delivery address. If the customer leaves the wrong address and we are unable to deliver the flowers we can arrange re-delivery for the same fee paid, for the following business day.
We make weekday deliveries between 12:30pm and 5pm and in some circumstances if we have a full day of delivering, your order may not reach its destination until 6pm. We only deliver Valentine’s Day if it falls on a weekday.
