Returns

Flowers, Pots, Vases, and Candles
If you’re not happy with your purchase, we’re happy to assist in resolving any issues. You have 1 full calendar day from the date of receipt or purchase to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be in its original condition—still in its wrapping, box, or any packaging it came in. Proof of purchase is required.

You will be responsible for the return shipping costs. Please note that delivery costs are non-refundable.

Plants
We have a no return and no refund policy for plants due to Biosecurity laws. Once plants are purchased we cannot accept returns or exchanges. Plants are living organisms that grow and attract other life forms. While we take every precaution to ensure their health, we ask customers to consider this when selecting plants from Raising Flowers.

Refunds & Replacements

If your return is approved, we will process a replacement (if available) or a refund to your original payment method. Refunds typically appear on your statement within 5-10 business days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Please note, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds for products simply due to change of mind or dislike. A refund or exchange will only be processed if there is a defect or issue with the product.

Delivery

  • Same-Day Delivery is guaranteed for orders placed before 12 PM on weekdays. Orders placed after this time will be delivered on the next business day.
  • We do not offer delivery on Saturdays or Sundays. Orders placed outside our delivery hours will be delivered the following business day, unless otherwise specified by you.
  • We deliver within a 20km radius from Yarrabilba and Flagstone. If your delivery address is outside of this range, you will not be able to complete your purchase.

Important: Raising Flowers is not liable for any loss or damage to products after they have been delivered.

If no one is home at the time of delivery, we will leave the flowers at the front door, preferably in a shaded area. For properties with locked gates or when we cannot contact the recipient, we will leave the flowers in the shade, near the gate. If we are unable to deliver due to an incorrect address, we can arrange re-delivery for an additional fee, on the next business day.

Delivery Hours:

  • Weekday Deliveries: Between 12 PM and 3:30 PM (Note: If we have a full day of deliveries, orders may arrive as late as 5 PM).
  • Valentine’s Day Deliveries: If Valentine’s Day falls on a weekday, deliveries will occur from 8 AM to 5 PM.

Due to route optimisation, we cannot accommodate specific delivery time requests. All orders are organised based on the most efficient delivery route for the day. We appreciate your understanding.
