Thanks for shopping at Raising Flowers. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help!


If you are unhappy with your product (which, we don't believe you ever would be!) but in the unfortunate case that you might be, we'll be happy to chat and rectify the grievance you have. You have 1 full calendar day to return your product from the date you received them. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, eg. still in it's wrapping, vase, box or whatever vessel it came in.

You will be responsible for paying for your own delivery costs for returning your item. Delivery costs are nonrefundable.

Refunds and Replacements

If your return is approved, we will initiate a replacement for the following day if in stock or a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment by the buyer). You will receive the credit within 5-10 business days depending on your card issuer's policies.

We do not refund, return or exchange any products simply because you've changed your mind or you don't like it. There must be something physically wrong with the product purchased from Raising Flowers to be eligible for any refund, return or exchange.


We deliver to a 40km radius only from our shop in Yarrabilba. If you are outside of this cut off you will not be able to process your order in checkout
Flower delivery is Monday to Saturday. WE DO NOT DELIVER ON SUNDAY. If your order is placed before 2pm Mon-Fri or 10am Saturday, you will be eligible for same day delivery, otherwise all other orders will be next day delivery unless specified in check out by the buyer for another date.

Raising Flowers will not accept liability for any loss or damage arising from lost, stolen or damaged products after delivery has taken place.

If no one is home or contactable upon delivery, we will leave the flowers by the front door and in the shade if possible.

We make delivery between 1pm and 5pm.
