Thanks for shopping at Raising Flowers. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help!

Returns

If you are unhappy with your product (which, we don't believe you ever would be!) but in the unfortunate case that you might be, we'll be happy to chat and rectify the grievance you have. You have 1 full calendar day to return your product from the date you received them. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, eg. still in it's wrapping, vase, box or whatever vessel it came in.

You will be responsible for paying for your own delivery costs for returning your item. Delivery costs are nonrefundable.

Refunds and Replacements

If your return is approved, we will initiate a replacement for the following day if in stock or a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment by the buyer). You will receive the credit within 5-10 business days depending on your card issuer's policies.

We do not refund, return or exchange any products simply because you've changed your mind or you don't like it. There must be something physically wrong with the product purchased from Raising Flowers to be eligible for any refund, return or exchange.
